You have been selected by your employer to participate in an on-line survey as part of Organizational Resiliency Builder. This information has been requested in order to help your organization assess its resiliency, or ability to thrive, in today’s modern business world. Organizational Resiliency Builder was developed by Gilbert Acton Ltd., a consulting firm that assists individuals and organizations to achieve and sustain a healthy and productive workforce and workplace. Research and practical experience have demonstrated that those organizations that demonstrate flexibility and creativity, consistent and supportive leadership, and clear values and expectations, are more successful, effective and desirable places to work. Organizational Resiliency Builder was designed to assess the presence of these qualities.

The survey consists of forty-seven questions about your experience within your organization or team. It covers a range of topics reflecting your perceptions, opinions and beliefs while working in your present position and with your current manager, supervisor or leader. The questions cover a range of topics including values, work processes, work relationships, recognition and leadership.

Your answers are completely anonymous and no individual identifying information will be requested or gathered. The responses of all those participating in this survey will be tabulated and averaged. This will result in an aggregate summary report that will be shared with the personnel within your organization who requested this survey and with the consultants of Gilbert Acton Ltd.

Your participation in this survey will help identify areas of strength and developmental need. The survey will be active for two weeks from today’s date. After this the survey will be closed.
